Paul Modjadji brings his magic to the 2017 Nambian Annual Music Awards 

Just off his 10 Country Africa tour, dubbed the Breaking Down Borders Africa Tour, Paul Modjadji joins a list of top South African acts to bring magic to the 2017 Nambian Annual Music Awards set to take place on the 29th of April 2017, in Walvis Bay In Nambia. 

The gitzy affair that will be co-hosted by South Africa’s queen of entertainment Bonang Matheba will feature a much anticipated performance by Queen of Gospel Rebecca Malope as well as some of Nambia’s top acts such as Gazza and Lady May. 

This will not be the first time Modjadji’s services are enlisted at the prestigious music awards, in 2014 he was entrusted with choreographing the biggest night in Namibia’s social calendar. A world renowned South African export Modjadji will also be reprising his role as judge at the Dance Star World Masters Championships in May in Croatia. 

Last year he made history by becoming the first African judge to judge the Dance Star Gala Night, at the same Championships. 

Modjadji has previously choreographed Africa’s first made for cinema dance film, Hear Me Move, MTV Africa Music Awards, the Gauteng Sport Awards, South African Youth Awards and  shows in countries such  China, India, and the USA.

A two time world dance champion Modjadji is a recipient of former president Barack Obama’s Mandela Washington Young African Leaders Award. Through his efforts within the philanthropy and youth leadership space he has been recognised with the coveted Inyathelo Philanthropy Award from the South African Institute for advancement. Speaking of his appointment to choreograph The NAMAs 2017 Modjadji said:

“My commitment to the promotion of Africa’s unity and talent is one area I am uncompromising about. I am honored and thrilled to share my passion and skills across South African borders. I believe Africa is for all who live in it and love it. I am working with the best team in Namibia to produce what we promise to be a stellar night of Africa’s best”
